Hello, Dear Customer!

We are looking forward to seeing you shortly for your upcoming appointment!
So with the reopening, the State has put in some guidelines for us to follow. ?
We know it can be a drag, but this is to ensure the safety and health of staff and clients!
Since Skinnovation has always been ahead of the game, we went ahead and added even more precautions.

Please read the guidelines we implemented below to prepare for your future appointment properly:

• Please stay home and cancel the appointment if you are feeling unwell.

• Please wait in your car or outside until your appointment time.

• Please Text/Call us when you arrive at your appointment time. The waiting area will not be available during this time. One of our staff members will go outside to get you. They will walk you to the back through a separate entrance to get to our private backyard.

• Please sanitize hands once entering Skinnovation.

• We will take your temperature upon arrival with a contactless infrared thermometer.

• Please wear face coverings before entering and while in Skinnovation until you are in your treatment room. Lash clients (and other non-facial services) will need to continue wearing a mask during the treatment.

• Please try to use the restroom before you come to the studio, as we have to limit the use of the restrooms and minimize the need to enter the building.

• Clients are invited to bring headphones to listen to music or podcasts during their service. We are currently working on getting a music system outside, but at the moment, it is still not ready.
